DevForge (“DevForge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software development services and the DevForge AI Receptionist product. • Information you provide directly: when you book a call through our Calendly scheduling link, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any details you include in the booking form.
• Contact information: if you email us directly, we retain that correspondence to respond to you and keep a record of the conversation.
• AI Receptionist call data: for clients using the AI Receptionist product, calls may be recorded and transcribed to provide the service (answering questions, booking appointments, and call transfer). This data is used solely to deliver and improve the service for that client and is not sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
• Automatically collected data: standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected via normal web server operation.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls
• Deliver, operate, and support the AI Receptionist product for subscribing clients
• Maintain the security and functionality of the Site
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

The Site uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Calendly — used for scheduling discovery calls and demos. Calendly processes the information you submit through the booking widget.
• YouTube — our demo video is embedded via YouTube. Google may set cookies and collect data when you play the embedded video, in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

The Site itself does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Third-party embeds (Calendly, YouTube) may set their own cookies when you interact with them, as described above.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact and correspondence data for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or maintain our business relationship. AI Receptionist call data is retained for the duration of the client relationship and a reasonable period afterward for support and record-keeping purposes, unless a shorter period is agreed with the client.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
