How are engineers vetted?

A technical test, a live interview with our senior engineers, and a reference check. You then run your own interview.

What hours do they work?

At least 5 hours of overlap with US Eastern or Pacific time; full overlap with UK hours.

What if it doesn't work out?

We replace the engineer free within the first 30 days. After that, either side can end with 2 weeks’ notice.

How do we pay?

A monthly invoice in advance, paid by bank transfer (ACH or wire).

Who owns the code?

You do. Our agreement assigns all IP to you, and engineers sign NDAs.

Can we hire the engineer directly later?

Yes, after 12 months, or earlier with a one-time buyout fee.

Is there a minimum commitment?

One month.
